More about this Survey:
Amplify, the Office of the Children’s Commissioner’s young people’s advisory group, have designed this survey as they want to help improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people across England. The questionnaire has been designed for 11 to 21 year olds and they would like as many young people in England as possible to complete it by Sunday 8 February.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and explores where young people go for information, help and advice if they have a mental health need or worry. Personal details are not being collected, individual responses are confidential and the data is held securely.
Amplify’s report from this work will compare what children and young people say with what organisations and service providers say and do. It will make recommendations to the Government, organisations and service providers on where and how children and young people can better access information, help and advice if they have a mental health need or worry.
If you would like any further information about the survey, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you so much for your help gathering the views of children and young people on this important issue.
